Shipping & Tracking

  •  In order to qualify for the Free shipping promotion, the order must be over 200$ before all applicable taxes and is only available to all residents living in Canada.
  • The free shipping promotion is only valid if all items in the shopping cart are eligible for Free shipping. 
  • Free shipping is valid on selected products only and total weight of the order must not surpass 40 pounds. Partial shipments are not included and will be at the customers charge.
  • All orders will be shipped using the standard shipping method unless otherwise specified by the client, using a different shipping option that's not included in the promotion, will have extra charges.Orders will be sent via Canada Post or Purolator.
  • Clients placing an order from the following provinces, do not qualify for free shipping; Nunavut, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories and Yukon are not eligible for free shipping.
  • In-stock orders, normally ship within a business day.
  • When receiving your package, you suspect damage may have occurred during shipping, please document the situation by means of photographs, so as to be used as evidence by all parties concerned. All relevant information will need to be sent to us by email at the following address support@ses.com in order to open a claim. All claims need to be sent to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notice by email, to allow you to track your package. 
  • All shipments require an adult signature for proof of delivery.
  • We reverse the right to end or modify this Free Shipping promotion at any time.
  •  Please take note that all shipping addresses will be verified and must be on record with your credit card company. If you wish to have the order shipped to a different address, please call your financial institution prior to putting the order through.

* SES reserves the right to remove the free shipping option if accidentally our website gave it to you without meeting all criteria's. An email will be sent to you correcting the situation and asking if you wish to proceed with the order and approve the new total. We apologize if this happens.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any unopened items will be accepted for a return for a store credit (less restocking & Shipping fee) within 10 days of invoice date.(except in the case of a Special Order, they are not refundable)
  • All returned opened items are subject to a min 15% to maximum 35% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipment & its costs.
  • For defective goods or non-functioning goods out of the box, we will accept them for exchange only within 14 days of the invoice date. After that date, standard warranty repair will apply.
  • SES™ will credit the charges of sending the unit back to our store location, only once the manufacturer has approved the item has being defective out of the factory.
  • All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Any items packaged with software, including but not limited to, DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, opened computer hardware, rigging supplies, tape/duck tape, batteries,  needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, music or parts (replacement, repair or item components) - these products are final sale.
  • Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones, earphones, buds & microphones.
  • When inquiring to return a defective item, you must reach out to us via email for authorization. Once you have sent us all information, we will provide you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned item received without an RMA number, will be refused entry. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.
  • SES™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, PLEASE USE A TRACKING NUMBER.
  • An order which has not been sent out, may always be refunded within 24 hours of placing the order.

Warranty

  • SES™ is an authorized retailer of all the brands sold by S.E.S. When purchasing with us, you're covered by the manufacturer warranty in Canada Only. 
  • SES™  acts as an intermediary between the manufacturer and clients.
  • SES™ is not responsible for the transport fees when sending the defective or non working item to the manufacturer. The manufacturer clauses are applied, please contact them for more information.
  • Items that are not longer covered by the manufacturer warranty can be repaired by SES with original parts from the original manufacturer. Contact us by email for more information.

Pricing & Payments

  • BEST PRICE GUARANTEE; SES promises to have the best possible prices online on new items only. We will beat any advertised online prices by a Canadian authorized vendor only. We will match the said price once confirmed and give you an additional 10% off the difference in price at the time of the purchase only.
  • Coupon codes are not applicable on liquidation items, used items, on already on sale items or price-matched items from a competitor.
  • Taxes and shipping fees are not included, but will be displayed at checkout.
  • We accept online, the following methods of payments: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard,  ApplePay, GooglePay, Shop Pay & PayBright.
  • To protect you and make it harder to use a stolen credit card online, our website use a procedure called Address Verification System (AVS) to ensure the card number being used for payment matches the billing address on file with the bank. Since the Visa gift card number is entered into the same field used for a Visa credit card, the website will look for an AVS match. Registering the card allows you to update the name and address linked to the card. To protect you from a fraudulent use, will not ship orders paid by unregistered prepaid credit cards.
